Tickets: milestone names are bound once they are equal

Description

I edited the name of the two milestone (1.0, 2.0) I found in the build-in ticket-system. I changed the name of the second to 1.0 that was equal to the name of the first at that time. Then changing the name of the first always change the name of the second to the same name as well.

Hello,

If you go to Admin -> Tools, then under the tickets tool, select "Field Management", you will be able to unlink these milestones. With that said though, there's still the issue with the "Edit Milestones" page within the tickets tool so I'm escalating this to our engineering team here: https://sourceforge.net/p/allura/tickets/2778/
