Impossible to add directories/files to sub project with the web based File Manager

I have created a sub-project (unitex) inside my project (gramlab) on SourceForge, then added a download section within that project and now I am trying to create a folder to store files in.

When I try to create a directory with the web-based file manager, a red notification message pops up in the top right corner which says only "identification failure".

When I try to upload a file a red notification message pops up in the top right corner saying "Error uploading file 'nivoslider.zip'".

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
