Server 500 error on DPATools Code page

Yesterday I migrated source files from our svn repository to local git repository then pushed that repository to ssh://email@example.com/p/dpatools/code successfully. The files were viewable at https://sourceforge.net/p/dpatools/code along with the histories I was expecting.
I modified a few files to my local directory, committed them and push the changes up to the URL above. Git reported success but now the page at https://sourceforge.net/p/dpatools/code reports a Server 500 error.
As best as I can tell the git repository is good. I can clone the repository and see what I expect to see, the problem seems limited to the web page viewing the repository. The code repository is locked down to just project admins at present until we get final licensing text from CableLabs, the funding source of the development.
I'm new to git and SourceForge and so may have done something wrong but at this point I'm stuck.
Thanks in advance,
