project "openastro" failed

In the process of signing up last night, I tried to start a project named openastro
when i search for the project today zero results come up on the overall sourceforge search, and it is not in my list of projects. However, if i try to add it again it says the project name is taken.
Was there an error last night when i tried to register the project?

I had tried to remove that failed registration, but the removal process itself failed for some reason. I'm escalating this to our operations team for investigation.

The purge for openastro is now complete. You should be able to register a project using that name now.
