Cannot change Project Description and other Data

Dear Support,
Two days ago I started a beta project (https://sourceforge.net/p/persoprogramm). First we deleted all unused tools, including home, assuming that the should be recreateable since the were deleteable.
Here are some problems we are experiencing with Project Data:
-cannot create a "real" Home Tool (as seen on e.g. https://sourceforge.net/p/allura/home/) only a Wiki, might be related to some recent changes. Is the Home tool being removed, in favor of the wiki? If so, how to add a "Developers:" box like on Allura's home to the wiki.
-sf.net search results take me to sf.net/project/persoprogramm, which looks like a "classic summary", which is not in our tools. I'd prefer to be redirected to sf.net/p/persoprogramm
-the project description is not changing, the one that shows in sf.net search results & the "classic summary"
-the information on this "classic summary" seems not being updated at all:
--2 fellow developers, I added to the Admin group are not shown in the header: PersoProgramm, by tonylope [NO, other, people]
--categorization information, e.g. license, programming language etc is not showing
--the target of the develop link pointed to the deleted sf.net/p/persoprogramm/home
- in the Project Admin Tool -> Project Setup -> Update Description points to the deleted sf.net/p/persoprogramm/home
As a fix we created a new Wiki Tool with label "Home" and mount point "home", so at least the default links are no longer broken. But still Project Metadata is not updated.
Is there some sort of DB freeze, or is this related to the Home->Wiki Tool migration? Or is there a "natural delay" in updating these things (categorization indexing, description caching, project by *users*, etc...). Is there something we can do?
