Re-activate "user space" u/octavsly

Description

Dear Madam/Sir,

I have deleted the u/octavsly project in the new BETA website. The reason is that I was unaware that "the user space" is in fact associated with a project. If that's the case, could you activate again the u/octavsly project?

Hi Chris,

I think the project is undeleted but if I go to Admin/Metadata it still shows the Deleted Project bullet and I cannot move the bullet on the Active Project.
I am using the Beta version of the site.

Could you also fix the deleted Project bullet (https://sourceforge.net/u/octavsly/admin/overview)
