Error 500 accessing project pages and site status requires username/password

Reported by: mbourne Owned by:
Private: no

On trying to access some project pages (eg. http://sourceforge.net/projects/clonezilla/) I get an Error 500 saying "This page is unavailable at the moment. Please try again shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience." with a link to the site status.

Some pages, adding or removing the '/' after the project name in the URL fixes it, although it doesn't seem consistent whether or not it is needed. eg. I can only get the clonezilla project page by omitting the '/' (fails with it), but can only get the console project page by including it (fails without it).

The site status page at https://sourceforge.net/apps/wordpress/sourceforge/ (linked from the Error 500 page) requires a user name and password, and just displays an "authentication required" message.

Apologies if these are known problems - I did try checking the site status before reporting it!
