Unable to Reset Password for User "joget"

Hi, ever since the "global password change event", I was trying to rest password for user "joget" http://sourceforge.net/users/joget, but failed with the following error message:

"No active user account was found with the e-mail address of jogetworkflow@…"

However, I'm very that this jogetworkflow@… is the correct email address for "joget" user, as I still have a copy of the "SourceForge.net Account Details: joget" kept in inbox.

Please kindly assist me to get the joget's user account activated, as we are doing a version release now.

That email address is not correct for the 'joget' account. The email address appears to be for a domain specific to that project.
