Newly-added files not linkable

I'm having many of the same problems others are having today with the new interface (the files page does not show files I uploaded and put in packages today; the 'download now!' button points to an older version), but I did find one difference that seems to warrant its own ticket: Direct links to files I uploaded today and put in packages I created before work fine, despite not being listed on the 'files' page. However, a direct link to a file I uploaded today and put into a package I also created today does not work. The URLs in question are:

Well, OK, the above was true 15 minutes ago, but when I went back and checked, now none of the above links work. I swear the src_v1.2 link was working not long ago. So now things are at least more consistent!
