Deleted tracker items should not display

OK, I finally went through and ensured that what ought to have been the default is now established for all my trackers: reporting something requires being logged in. Stillandall, if I've got a junky entry in there "deleting" the thing ought to remove it from normal viewing. The browsing options need to add another entry on the selection menu: "everything including deleted" so that selecting "status: any" is really "anything except deleted". Or, you could just add a "NOT" checkbox that inverts meaning so that:

X NOT
status: deleted

does what I ask. I don't like it as well because the default should be to not see deleted entries. Otherwise, just what does "deleted" mean? Thank you.

We are not making changes on the classic SourceForge system anymore, so this won't be addressed directly, however, the upgrade script that updates the project to the new SourceForge system skips tickets with status "deleted".
