Cant run wampserver

I am trying to run wampserver release 2.0i I wonder if problem is related to Windows 7 64-bit OS?

I get this error message

unable to execute file:
c:\wamp\wampmanger.exe

shellexecuteexfailed; code 2.
the system cannot find the file specified
