Welcome to the RText4Maven Project

Introduction

This project was started to provide scripts that could be used to build maven artifacts that are a close approximation of the ones produced by the RText and RSyntaxTextArea projects. The maintainers of those projects use Ant and are not interested in converting to Maven, or producing official Maven artifacts. However, they have kindly granted permission to this project's maintainer to publish equivalent Maven versions of these components to http://search.maven.org/#search|ga|1|g%3A%22com.fifesoft%22%20OR%20g%3A%22com.fifesoft.rtext%22.

RText Module Version Compatibility Matrix

Below you will find a compatibility matrix which is intended to show compatible versions of the various rtext artifacts. Since these artifacts are released somewhat independently, it can be tricky to pick the right versions that play nice together. This list provides the versions that were built together and appear compatible from a compilation perspective. These versions are (or will be shortly) available in Maven Central.
