To get help: First of all, check the documentation. If you can't find what you need there join freenode irc (irc.freenode.org) and join the #pyfa channel. If that is not possible, then opening a ticket (type should be: "help request") is a good idea.

To report bugs: open a ticket with "bug" as type. Please try to describe the bug as best as you can. Info should include: Steps to reproduce, what the expected result was and the result you got instead

To report a crash: open a ticket with "crash" as type. A traceback of the crash is required.

To request new features: open a ticket with "new feature" as type

To request an enhancement to an existing feature: open a ticket with "enhancement" as type
