Write user documentation for On The Mark to allow new users to get up and running within minutes. The documentation should include screenshots, examples, platform-specific information, and an index. We could potentially write it in DOC/PDF format, or we could include it as part of the wiki hosted on Trac.

- Fix password text box to better mimic password fields (pending new JavaFX 1.3 password control)
- Shift most recently queried spreadsheet selector to top of scroll area
- List item multi-select (pending JavaFX control update?)
- Generalize worksheet detection and exclusion mechanism
- Update Google Data API from 1.36 -> 1.40. DONE
