Welcome to the metalink tools project homepage. This Sourceforge hosted project is about the development of tools, code snippets, and documentation around the Metalink download specification.

This project is currently the home of the to create metalinks (Metalink Editor?, Metalink Command Line?), to validate metalinks (Metalink Checker?), and example to download metalinks (Mini Downloader?). We also host and maintain the Metalink Booklet which contains information for developers including templates, code snippets, and server configuration examples.
