Magellan ist ein vollständiger Client für Eressea, Allanon und andere PBeM-Spiele. Die meisten Informationen über Magellan gibt es derzeit hier:

Hier ist im Moment nur das Wiki, die Fehlerseiten und eine Übersicht über Tipps und Tricks. Wir können hier noch Mithilfe gebrauchen!

Fehler melden

Wir sind froh über jede neue Bugmeldung. Naja, so in der Art ;) Wenn etwas nicht funktioniert, oder etwas Dich schon immer stört, bitte teile es uns mit, nur so kann sich was ändern. Wir können leider nicht versprechen, dass jeder Wunsch sofort umgesetzt wird, aber wir versuchen, sinnvolle Anregungen so bald wie möglich umzusetzen.

Wenn Du einen Fehler gefunden hast:

• Suche bitte erst, ob der Fehler schon bekannt ist: Suche, Listen der bekannten Probleme
• Falls nicht, lege ein neues Ticket an. Es ist nicht nötig (aber hilfreich) bei Sourceforge angemeldet zu sein. Um Spammer fernzuhalten, ist es leider nötig bei Sourceforge angemeldet zu sein.
• Fehler können auf Deutsch oder Englisch gemeldet werden.
• Bitte gib auf jeden Fall die genaue Version an (incl. "build"), in der der Fehler auftrat
• Hilfreich ist meist die Datei errors.txt (im Magellan-Verzeichnis) oder ein Ausschnitt davon. Einträge der Form
  NullPointerExepction at magellan.library.utils.MagellanFactory.mergeUnit(MagellanFactory.java:1790)
  (gegen Ende der Datei!) sind dabei besonders nützlich.

Reporting bugs

If you found an error in Magellan:

• Please make sure first, that it is not known yet: search, list of problems
• If it is a new problem, start a new ticket. It helps (but is not necessary) if you have an account at Sourceforge. To keep out spammers it is necessary to have a Sourceforge account.
• You may report bugs in English or German.
• Please specify the exact version you were using (including the "build").
• We often need the file errors.txt (in the magellan director) or a part of it. Entries of the Form
  NullPointerExepction at magellan.library.utils.MagellanFactory.mergeUnit(MagellanFactory.java:1790)
  (towards the end of the file!) are especially useful.
