Expanding Capabilities
There will be multiple reports to help administer a business, such as sales report, most sold products, sold-out products, and more; all this with filter and sorting methods. Also there will be the ability to print this reports.
A database structure change will be needed in order to implement those new features that will expand lemonPOS. A new stock system to let have multiple locations for stock, letting the administrator to see where are his products from a single administration base (or a mobile one). Also the stock system will be more flexible, offering the possiblity to locate and enter products by three different codes: an alphanumeric code, a barcode, and standard local number; and even more flexible letting have one product with different peculiarities such as sizes.
Another feature is letting choose a provider for the products, offering an automatic Purchase Orders to be created for you based on needed products and available providers. Also on each product you can set your own tax model for the product, administrators can add new tax models or modify the existing ones.
Always there are bug fixes and improvements over existing features.
