Have regression tests check sparsity calculations for larger matrices

For the sparsity pattern calculations, 64 (possibly 32 on some machines) rows/columns is a major breaking point and things might work fine for smaller matrices but fail for larger. Also, the adjoint mode sparsity calculation will never be invoked when there are less than 64 columns in the Jacobian.
64 is the number of bits in a long long unsigned integer.
