  COLTT version that provides a new installer based on Wix, a Viewer to better analyze logs as well as a number of fixes. Before this version COLTT relied on code supplied originally by a third party. This code had to be replaced by new code. Also COLTT should not rely on the CAPE-OPEN type libraries source.
