I agree with this, or use a .png to draw a custom shape.

It is not that difficult to realize that. More required stuff is to make it easy to generate such custom shapes/frame pictures and etc . Because only 1 user (thanks, wronguser) has taken advantage
of http://www.bombono.org/User_frames . Should they be created with Gimp or Inkscape? How to maintain the quality level? ...
