Description

Better fullscreen, "ownMouse" support and now doesnt crash
at exiting on linux.

More info (late update (forgot these)):

This patch is for trunk version of axiom.
Requires newest(atm) svn version of OpenTK, compiled libraries
are here: http://dhost.info/haima/files/Libraries.7z
(cant attach here because of size limit).

I don't see any changes for the ownMouse support.

These changes was supposed to make it work when window isnt on 0,0 position but i
find some bugs in that patch so i just completely rewrite it (against newest trunk).

Now it's that opentkInputReader.patch.
