Investigate the blue recluse makes NPC dissapear

When I use spell Cantation of Manifestation (5293 on WoWHead) every NPC dissapear and reapear 9 minutes later, there is no ghost as spected and there are 4 Containment Coffers on the balcony glowing and trowing smoke. If you use 3 of the 4 Containment Coffers then you get the quest complete, but not in the way it should be done. Oh, and I don't think it should be a Containment Coffer in the basement already, before you even cast Cantation of Manifestation...
