User Groups

A User Group Rolon can be created in any of three places:

1. Under the /UserGroup Realm,
2. Under a User Account and
3. Under another User Group.

User Group Rolons, like User Accounts, are Realms. So under a User Group you can create realms and define relations.

User Group Rolons are also Qualifiers. Adding a user to a user group then is simply a matter of tagging the user's account rolon with the User Group.

There are two special User Group Rolons:

1. /UserGroups/admin - the Admin Group and
2. /UserGroups/everyone - the Everyone Group.

The Admin Group

Members of the admin group have owner permissions for all Rolons. By default, the user identified in the smtp.cfg file is added to this group when that user account is created.

The Everyone Group

The everyone user group is a common area for all users, as it is tagged with the Writer Qualifier.
