User Accounts

When navigating from a remote Ark, a user is not initially given an account. Even so, the user can view all the content which is available to everyone else.

To create an account on a remote Ark, the user requests a generated password. To do this, the user must provide a valid password. An account Rolon is then created under the parent Rolons /Home and /Users, and an email containing the generated account is sent to the user. The user can then log in. Once logged in, the user can then make changes, including but not limited to:

• the addition of new passwords,
• setting the headline for the account,
• changing the user name,
• adding/maintaining additional content under the account,
• changing the access permissions for the account and subordinate Rolons,
• defining new qualifiers, relations and user groups within the account,
• updating/adding content in the everyone user group and
• defining/adding new qualifiers, relations and user groups within the everyone user group.

User accounts are themselves Realms under the control of the user. This allows the user to define new qualifiers, relations and user groups within the scope of the account.

User accounts are also used to track the permissions assigned to the user by other users.
