Build 2.9.13 released.

Please read the "beta changes.txt" file, it contains a list of changes/bug fixes.

Additions / Fixes in this version:-
* Added : MySpell has been upgraded to HunSpell
* Added : EN-GB dictionaries added
* Updated : EN-US dictionaries updated to the latest HunSpell ones.
* Changed : Auto software update check now triggers after the main screen has opened, plus the timeout is reduced to 5 seconds.
* Fixed : Custom headers can now be upto 998 bytes long.
