Although I don't use the developer web, I do use their installation of WordPress for NeXT Commander's news. I'd imagine it'd be just as easy in Vista. I do suggest renaming the files to .txt though, it makes it easier to figure out what extension to rename it to later on, in case you forget what it was. Just open it up in Notepad (or similar) and you can figure out what kind of file it was before the renaming at least 50% of the time.
