Not really, 16x16 is a very restricted size

Huh? All you have to do is make one in your favorite image-creating/editing software, like Paint or Gimp.

This is for an NXT project!
I just need it as a .png so I can import it into my tiles picture using nxtriceditV2.

You can do that just as easily (I think) with .ric files. I won't tell you how because it's a secret. Shhhh....

You can merge RIC files by clicking on the Merge RIC files button (under the NXT output).
