FCPrj would contain pointers to files for FCAsm(s), FCMesh, FCPostFEM, FCGcode, FC_DXF etc
FCAam would be subassemblies made by pointing to FCprt(s)

I was involved with some guys that started copying their assembly files back and forth between their local hard drives and their server. Their assemblies started cross referencing the components (assembly on server would reference local component and vice versa). They had such a mess!
