I'm trying to get aria2 to run on system startup with RPC enabled so that I can use webui-aria2 and manage all my downloads remotely via browser.
Now I'm runing Ubuntu 13.04
using upstart scrip (/etc/init/aria2rpc.conf) that looks as follows
- Code: Select all
start on runlevel
exec sudo -u frans /usr/bin/aria2c --enable-rpc --rpc-listen-all
Now for some odd reason it does not start up on system startup, but if I start the service manually (sudo start aria2rpc) it runs perfectly
I tried using the -D (daemon) flag as well but makes no difference.
If anyone can help me out here, it would be much appreciated
