Terminal?

How do you get the terminal up where the monitor command line comes up. I was under the impression it was part of ADTPro but I must be mistaken. If it is not part of ADTPro where can I get this software? The link "Apple as a terminal" on your front page links to a 404 error.

Hmmm, I see that dataswamp went into casters-up mode. Here's a snapshot of the page from the wayback machine (very helpful in just such situations) :
