Welcome to the RTSS Development Wiki

RTSS is a software package intended for modeling and simulation of robotic manipulators in the Scilab/Scicos environment. Inspired by the Robotics Toolbox for MATLAB by Peter Corke, RTSS provides many functions that are useful in the field of robotics. Please refer to RTSS web page, for a more detailed list of its features.

RTSS Development Wiki is the main reference source to learn about the major planned features for future releases of RTSS, to coordinate RTSS development efforts and to learn some details about RTSS internal implementation. Please note that this Wiki is under construction and that a detailed description of several development tasks still has to be completed.

  • 20 September 2009: The first beta release of RTSS-1.0.0 is out!
  • August 2009: Scicos code generator support completed. Preparing RTSS-1.0.0 beta testing
  • June-July 2009: Carried on the development process and documentation updating
  • 30 April 2009: Updated the section Major RTSS-1.x family objectives
  • 16 April 2009: Added the section Profiling RTSS
  • 11 April 2009: Added the section RTSS from SVN
  • 11 April 2009: Added a section describing the compatibility with ScicosLab-4.3
  • 11 April 2009: Added a section describing the compatibility with Scilab-5.x
  • 17 January 2009: RTSS Development Wiki moved to SF's Hosted Apps
