Hide Selected
Allows one to hide sequence annotations for selected external nodes.
Show Selected
Allows one to show/display sequence annotations for selected external nodes.
Show All
Allows one to show/display sequence annotations for all external nodes.
Color By Selection
Allows one to specify a colors for selected nodes. Requires checking of View-> Color by-> RGB to take effect.
Color By
Applies colors to nodes based on sequence annotation values or a specified RGB value.
Fonts
Allows one to increase or decrease the font size. It is often necessary to decrease the size when there are lots of nodes concentrated in one area. Increasing the size is recommended for presentations and publications.
Node Scale
Allows one to increase or decrease the square nodes that you double click on. Big nodes are easier to double click but can get in the way. Small nodes are good when saving publication quality graphics or if you want to test your double clicking skills.
Branch Width
Allows one to increase or decrease the width of the branches. Thick branches are sometimes good for presentations and publication quality graphics.
Show the Vertical bar
This is the same vertical bar that is described in more detail under Edit -> Add Clusters By -> Vertical bar.
