Open

Open a tree file. The recognized file formats are New Hampshire (*.nh, *.ph), and New Hampshire eXtended (*.nhx).

Export

Sequence Annotations...

Export all sequence annotations in the tree to a comma separated file (*.csv).

NH String

Displays the nh string for the tree.

NHX String

Displays the nhx string for the tree.

Print Options

Change various print options.

Print...

Print the tree to a postscript file.

Print Selected...

Print the selected nodes to a postscript file.

Exit

Close the tree and the application.
