1980: Started programming. Circuit-building two years later.

Possibility... STUB Okay, here's the license. I don't believe that there will be (or should be) useful derivative works, that this project is intended to complete the theory of information. So the source is open to all who agree with the values of humanity, everyone is able to participate, but it is cannot be used without coordination with me. I guarantee that the highest values of humankind will be in place and used to evaluate each choice during it's deployment and since we are creating the governance model in which to dialog about choices all debate...etcetc
