AutoFlasher z2script hack

WARNING!!!

Use this script at your own risk, if something goes wrong you could end up with a brick that can only be fixed by the serial cable mod.

ALWAYS have your Z2 plugged in and fully charged when performing any kind of flash.

This archive contains a simple z2script.sh that loads the framebuffer console modules, fixes the mtdblock1 node and will flash a kernel to the z2.

NOTE: This script will only work on a Z2 with the original Zipit firmware. New kernel's and SD based userlands can be found at: http://openzipit.sourceforge.net/

Instructions:

• Copy the contents of this archive to the root of an SD Card formatted as FAT16.
• Copy your kernel of choice to the root of the SD Card and name it "kernel.bin"
• Power off your z2, insert the card and power on.
• After a short while, the z2 logo will be replaced by a console.
• Several message will be printed to the console and eventually the z2 will power off.
• Your original kernel and WIFI firmware will have been saved to the card as orig.kernel.bin etc. for backup purposes
• Enjoy your new kernel!
