Reminder Macro

From macros4outlook

Jump to: navigation, search

Reminder Macro checks each mail for an emtpy subject and opens a confirmation dialog before sending the mail.

It also checks if the email text contains certain keywords (such as 'attached', 'here's', ...) that indicate that the email contains an attachment. If the keyword is found, but there is no attachment, another confirmation dialog pops up allowing you to send or edit the message again. Reminder Macro is for Microsoft Outlook only, free, and written in VBA.

Reminder Macro is a modified version of Jeremy Gollehon's Application_ItemSend Event, but modified by many users of outlookcode.com. We further enhanced the code and decided to release it here.

The latest version is available in the Other Macros section at our sourceforge project site.
