0.85 Tutorial

I (Lawrie) am currently updating the tutorial for the 0.85 release. I am concentrating on the first first three sections (up to "Writing your first leJOS NXJ" Program).

I have added a new section "Writing your first leJOS NXJ Program", so that it does not have to be included in the Getting Started section for all three operating systems.

I have added a "Getting Started on Linux" section.

It would be useful if someone could look at the "Introduction to leJOS NXJ" section. This long list of features of leJOS needs to be better structured.

Most of the other sections in the tutorial are in need of an update. Some like "Communications" were never finished.

Roger: could you uddate the "Behavior Programming" section, so that it describes our new semantics and so that the examples are correct.

The Menu System page needs updating to describe the new features Brian implemented on the Bluetooth menu.

The Wheeled vehicle section is out of date. For example it uses Pilot rather than TachoPilot.

The Error Handling and Debugging page needs a description of the debug thread added. This page needs improving generally as its description of threads and events is not very good.

The PC GUI Tools page needs at least NXJControl added to it. It should show NXJConsoleViewer displays the LCD screen.
