jGnash can be downloaded from the download page

If your system is new enough, which is everything but older Apple computers, the 2.x Series of jGnash should work for you and is the preferred series.

Generally, it is best to stay with the Stable releases.

Testing versions are sometimes available under the Pre Release package.
