From italc

I am having trouble getting ITALC to work on my new laptop. I am trying to uninstall the program so that I can try again. I used this batch file: 1. c:\progra~1\italc\ica.exe -unregisterservice reg delete "HKLM\SOFTWARE\iTALC Solutions" /f rd /s /q c:\progra~1\italc rd /s /q c:\docume~1\%username%\applic~1\italc

and it says that after running it I should get a message that says that ITALC has been unregistered but I do not get that message. What should I do?
