Contributing to this Wiki
Unfortunately it seems that this SourceForge hosted MediaWiki does not live up to its name. Users can not create or edit pages even if they log in unless they are granted 'editor' rights by a wiki sysop. There is an open feature request to allow 'Autoconfirmed' users rights to edit/create wiki pages.
In the mean-time, I can grant access rights manually to anyone that want to contribute. So just drop me a mail rswwalker at gmail.com.
