About iSCSI Enterprise Target Project
The aim of the project is to develop a simple open source iSCSI target with professional features, that works well in enterprise environments under real workloads, and is scalable and versatile enough to meet the challenge of future storage needs and developments.
The project was started by forking the Ardis target implementation, with respect to the GPL. While the Ardis target implementation was a very good one, it lacked several key needs, including SMP support, Linux 2.6 kernel support, 64bit architecture support, dynamic configuration, iSNS support and more.

Contributing to the Wiki
Unfortunately it seems that this SourceForge hosted MediaWiki does not quite live up to its name. Users can not create or edit pages even if they log in unless they are granted 'editor' rights by a wiki sysop. There is an open feature request to allow 'Autoconfirmed' users rights to edit/create wiki pages.
In the mean-time, I can grant access rights manually to anyone that want to contribute. So just drop me a mail rswwalker at gmail.com.
