inVUE is an API and software suite for large scale data visualization and analysis based on the Qt Toolkit. inVUE makes it very easy to create interactive visualizations of millions of data points including scatterplots, barplots, dendrograms, and parallel coordinates plots. For example, we have used inVUE to develop the rich interactive visualizations within PhyloTrac and GenomeMTV.
