Talk:Do not remove parameter names

From cpwiki

Jump to: navigation, search

These screenshots are kind of large for users with slower internet connections; and they show more than they need to, anyway. A small part of the centre of the images could be cropped out and used. --Dwks 22:40, 15 December 2008 (UTC)

They are small enough on my screen (but I have a high resolution, so it can be difficult for me to see).
I made new images and tried to upload them, but... the wiki refuses to upload them, quoting they're corrupt or something, which they are not.
Perhaps it is due to the optimizations I used to reduce the filesize. I don't know. Regardless, I cannot upload new images to replace the old ones.

I should have checked the filesizes -- they're only about 100KB each, so that's not too bad. I still think they should be cropped, because they're showing a lot more surroundings than is necessary, but I'll let you figure that out because you have the original pictures to work with, presumably, instead of the poorer quality ones online here.

Another thought: "Keep parameter names" or "retain parameter names in prototypes" or something along those lines might make a better title. I just don't like "don't"/"do not". :)

Feel free to change and add a redirect. It does not really matter to me. --Natsuki- 12:23, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
