Welcome to the BackupPC Wiki!

BackupPC is a high-performance, enterprise-grade system for backing up Linux, Windows, and MacOS-X PCs and laptops to a server's disk. BackupPC is highly configurable and easy to install and maintain. The current stable release is 3.1.0 and the current development release is 3.2.0beta0.

This wiki is not intended to replace the excellent BackupPC documentation. The documentation is very well written and should always be among the first sources you consult with BackupPC questions. This wiki is more geared towards community-driven setup, configuration, and support issues. Tips, tricks, how tos, and other information not really appropriate for the official documentation are most welcome here.
