  • Amos is a piece of great soft. But it is terribly difficult to compile since it depends on so many different third part packages. Why can't the developer just release a pre-compiled binary (preferably 64 bit so that a large genome will not crash the software)?
  • Is there a forum for beginners like me? Seqanswer is one, but it would be better to have amos threads there or here. Or, where to get the update information? It seems there are some issues with the installation. I am desparate to get some help. Thanks
  • Easy for use.
