|Summary||0000017: All files in archives has the executable bit set|
Either in the ZIP archives containing Linux executables files, or in the TGZ archive containing sources, all files, including text files, has the executable bit set.
Not a big issue, just something to be tweaked.

Is this really a problem?
The build process for a full release is partly on Windows, and partly on Linux.,
and Windows has no executable bit.
AFAIR, a previous release had NO executable bit set, which was annoying for the Linux executable distribution.
I'll check the process for the next release
Fixed the build process. Interesting exercise in sh programming, knowing that:
- Windows forces x on all files
- It is not possible to set attributes of files on a VFAT partition on Linux
