  eurephia is now available in Fedora 12,13 and Rawhide. But compiling OpenVPN 2.1(+eurehpia patch) or openvpn-testing version is still needed

  Gentoo ebuild can be tested out by downloading it from here http://bit.ly/aFETy4. Enable 'eurephia' as a keyword and (re)compile OpenVPN.
