Rationale
Knowing when a file was printed is not as useful as knowing when it was last modified. Helpful to know which version printed file refers to.

Solution #1: Add mod date / time as options to the header footer variable list

Shouldn't be hard to do - may be possible with the code as it stands.

File modification date and time may already be defined as variables - and may be accepted by the print footer header preferences pane - but can't find a reference that list the variable names anywher
