Summary: Stendhal: Wrong Creature Level at Runtime

Initial Comment:
Summon a black_death, which is lvl 300 in the xml, then right-click->look and you'll see that it is much lower. The levels still comparatively represent which ones are more powerful than the others. These new levels have a significant impact on the Daily Monster Quest which i am currently modifying.
